I have BMW 138i 2003 and the problem is that when I need to start the engine after a long trip or even a short one sometimes the car won't start, so I keep it for a while to cool for half hour and then it starts as if there is nothing that had happened. The second problem the car is working as if there is no air going into the engine or enough fuel. The fuel is unleaded so I replaced Oxygen sensor and fuel pump and injection part they told they may be damaged.

please help me.

I've got the same problem with my commodore. Starts first thing every morning, but occassionaly & especially when it's been left in the sun, it just won't start, on the 2nd or 3rd trip of the day, walk away for 20 mins & come back & she's right.

Could be many things I know, but someone told me to have the main relay checked, no power gettin to pump & or fuel injectors.
