1999 BMW 318 Fans come on and shakes after driving

I have recently changed water pump colant tank and front gasket. After a month when I start the car the fan comes on then changed the sensor and it shakes like engine missfire. Please advice machanics are ripping me off.

Sounds like you have had a bad experience. Something may have gotten knocked loose, what has been done so far to correct this issue? Which sensor was replaced?

Machanic said he checked the temperature sensor which is reading high so he suggested to change the sensor may be it is fulty but that didn't have any effect now they are saying the fan is fulty that needs changing.
