How can I bypass the BCM for the A/C and wipers to work?

That would be a crazy bypass it is integrated to work through the BCM. Your better off having the BCM repaired there are places that can fix a BCM without having to get it programmed etc.

I do not know what you are being told but the BCM has nothing to do with either of those functions and they need to be diagnosed individually.

The AC depends on whether you have ATC or manual.
