Battery Trouble

My check engine light came on earlier this week so I took it in. They said I have a vacuum leak and they replaced the purge and vent solenoids. They fixed it, I picked it up yesterday after work, then this morning it would not start. It made a bunch of clicking, but would not start. Dashboard lights came on. At work I called the place back and they said the car not starting would not have anything to do with what they worked on, so it is just a coincidence. When I got home, we tried jump starting it with another car, but it did not work. The more we have tried starting it, the less happens. Fewer lights come on now and the repeated clicking does not always happen. Not sure where to proceed from here. Seems like the battery, but jumping did not do anything.

It may be a bad battery have it checked for condition including load test most auto parts places do for free. Then try a security system reset as that can cause it as well. see link.
