2001 Audi S4 Question No heat out of vents

I just bought this S4 and noticed a few days after taking it home that no heat blows out of the vents. I have it set to HI or 85 degrees, and it still blows out cold air. Also, when set on Auto, it doesn't blow any air out of anywhere, vents or floor. The engine thermostat works as it displays correctly on the dash, but no matter what temp the car is at, there is no heat whatsoever. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I live in Colorado and it is blowing snow right now. Thanks!

First thing I would check is the coolant level. Low coolant will give no heat.

It does seem like there are two problems. No heat and no volume.
