1992 Other Audi Models fuel injection system

Dear all'
i have an audi 80E 2.0 1992. The problem is that it cuts on & off while stepping on the gas & it consumes a lot of fuel. What we did till now is:
injection head & regulator cleaned. Air filter changed. Fuel pump changed. Fuel filter changed.4 injectors changed. On the c/o machine it gives an excellent figure. Main chest belt changed. Engine oil cooler changed. Coolant sensor changed. Oxygen sensor changed. But still huge fuel consumption & cutting on & off!

Hi there,

I would be checking the TPi sensor, first check for any set codes, and if clear I would be doing a manual inspection of the sensor as it may be out of calibration, this will not give a fault code, but will up set the ECU with conflicting input signals. Try this first.
