No cooling fan movement

2000 Audi A-6 quattro, 2.7L Twin Turbo, 80k miles. This vehicle has 3 fans...The mechnical fan is fine, the Condensor fan is working fine, and the Radiator Electric fan is not coming on ( the fan is working when power is applied). I understand it has a fan module, as well as some power inputs. I have checked the 60 Amp fused wire red/blue and the smaller 5 amp fused wire, red/blk both lead into the fan module and have power when required. I realize both electric fans work thru the Fan Module, What next??? Do i need a fan Module??. thanks Jon

Hi,

Why are you concerned about the operation of this fan? Is there a temperature gauge reading high or other device not working properly? Electric radiator fans can be controlled via a temperature sensor, i.e. if the coolant is not hot enough, the fan will not come on. Three fans provide a geat deal of cooling - perhaps your car has not been running hot enough to require all three?
