P1101 and P1106 are all MAP sensor codes, try a new MAP sensor and make sure the vaccum lines to it and the vaccum tree are all right, also check the eletrical connectors, may be time for a new MAP

P0306 is cylinder 6 missfire. you should change the spark plug, wires, check the coil, coil pack, and listen to see if the injector is buzzing and putting out fuel.

it can cause the MAP sensor codes, or it can be caused by the MAP sensor codes.
