I need to know the correct process to bleed or diagnose the hydralic clutch. The pedal stays on the floor and even though you press the clutch in and jam the car into gear you do not have to remove your foot from the pedal and you are going down the road.

Any fluid leakage? Usually if the pedal stays on the floor it is low or out of fluid in the clutch master resevoir. Look under the dash at the back of the clutch master to see if it is leaking then check the slave cylinder at the trans to see if it is leaking
