ATC Controller

So the problem started two years ago, where my ATC would suddenly go out. The blower then would blow out hot air from the defroster, but a couple hits against the unit would normally put it back on. Until one day it died for good, and since I did not have the money at the time I just took the blower's fuse out. I finally bought a new ATC unit and plugged it in, but now I am getting no display. It lights up, but is unresponsive when I push any button. Help is greatly appreciated!

Scan for codes first and check fuses and relays it may be an abs problem like a sensor which when anything goes wrong with ABS the traction control is automatically knocked out. Also check grounds on battery to body, batt to engine, and ground for abs on left hand front frame rail.

All fuses are good. And when I am stating atc, I am meaning automatic temperature control. Sorry for any mix up.
