My '88 camaro 700R4transmission is leaking coolant from where the lines enter the transmission. I had the transmission out and when reinstalling it I believe I may have cross threaded the coolant connection on either the send or recieve line where it connects to the transmission. Is there any way to repair the metal on the transmission, or something like a metal version of plummers tape to use on the threads of the lines?

You can use plumbers tape on the threads. Careful when putting it back together so you make sure they are not cross threaded.
