2000 Civic EX long cranks. Hard start

It started about a month or two ago. When sitting for a couple of hours the car will just crank and crank until it will start.A few days ago it got worse and just didnt seem like it was gonna start till after a letting it crank for a long time it started. The plugs, wires, cap and rotor have recently been replaced. The fuel filter about 4 months ago. Can you offer me some help or a point me in the right direction. Thank you in advance

Once it is running it probably runs fine? I wonder if you shut off the engine and then restart, it probably starts right away? My guess is that the fuel system has a leak and loses pressure. This has to be re-established after it sets for awhile.
