1996 Sunfire no start

1996 sunfire 2.2L 154k miles. At highway speed engine stopped running tried to restart only crank. At home checked for mil code po304 cyl 4 misfire and po 342 cam sensor low imput. Last week I had changed plugs and fuel filter. I have spark at the plug and 41psi of fuel on the rail. Where do I go next

CHECK THE WIRING TO THE CAM SENSOR IF ALL CHECK OUT REPLACE IT, FUEL PRESSURE IS WITHIN SPEC

Turns out camshaft siezed and snapped timing chain. Still have spark and fuel just no engine movement time for new engine thanks
