Hi,

Traditionally, a rear-wheel drive vehicle only requires a front-end alignment. However, with today's sophisticated designs, a 4-wheel alignment is often done. On your vehicle, the rear wheels can be aligned, so yes, I recommend it.

Basically, the 4-wheel alignment is a process of adjusting all four wheels of a vehicle to ensure they are properly aligned according to the manufacturer's specifications. It involves measuring and adjusting several key angles that affect the wheel positioning and alignment. This also includes thrust angle.

The thrust angle refers to the angle between the vehicle's geometric centerline and the direction in which the rear wheels are pointing. Correcting the thrust angle ensures that all four wheels are properly aligned with each other, minimizing side-to-side tire scrubbing and promoting straight-line stability.

So, is it required? Normally no. However, on your specific vehicle, it should be done. If you look at the pics below, I circled where the rear wheel tow is adjusted.

Let me know if this helps or if I just made it more confusing. LOL

Take care,

joe
