I have cold air coming from my air conditioner, but the volume of air is minimal when compared to my almost identical 1997 Tahoe. Fan runs on all speeds and makes a lot of noise but air must be blocked. I pulled the fan and cleaned out in there but must be a blockage incoming, but I do not know where to look. I am told this model does not have a cabin filter.

Try pulling hvac fuse inside truck that may reset actuators to work right do this with key on and leave fuse out for sixty seconds. We do not have a picture, but the guys are all saying you may have to stand on your head inside truck to get to it. That may be stuck not letting air go through.
