Air is cooling and blower is working but air is not coming out of the dashboard vents. I ordered two air door actuators since I saw two actuators under the dashboard. One on the passenger side over the glove-box and the other one over the pedals on the driver side. I bought two actuators just to be sure. They are both Doorman brand. One is the 604-218 auxiliary/temperature version. The other one is the 604-228 main/mode version. My questions are; does the van have any more under the dashboard? Air is also not blowing in the rear of the van. But that problem will have to wait a bit. Which actuator goes under the driver side and which one goes under the passenger side? If there is something else I should be looking at to get the air to come out of the dashboard properly, please let me know. I am just an amateur trying to save a couple of dollars. Thanks for all the help.

First thing to do is to turn key on and pull HVAC fuse inside vehicle for sixty seconds then reinstall it may reset them. See picture for actuator locations. The ones behind the doors are blend door for temperature you need the mode door actuator.
