Which fan? The cooling fan or the blower fan?

No, the fan under the hood even with the air conditioner off it still runs.

Okay, the TIPM or the fuse box under the hood is what controls the condenser fan.

I would remove the connector for the low pressure switch on the AC line and see if it shuts it off. If it does not then the TIPM is the issue.

Is a little pressure switch located on top of the intake manifold.

No, as I stated, it is on the AC lines, not the intake manifold. I attached a picture for you.

Does that switch have a Schrader valve on it? What do you call it when you call AutoZone?

I did not tell you to replace anything.

I just want to see if the fan turns off before we discuss possible failures.
