I would like to disable the blend door motor

How can I disable the blend door motor? I cannot do it with a fuse, but need to remove a connector. How can I locate that connector? Is it accessible if I remove the glove box and go through the door?

The only way to access it is to pull the dashboard out the vehicle.

Think I will just let that blend door run until it wears out. I do not need it where I live as heater is not needed and air conditioner is frosty cold! Thank you !
