One day I got out and when I got back in my car nothing was blowing period. My brother ran a wire from the blower motor to the fuse under the hood and everything started blowing. The heat works fine but the air won't blow cold. My Freon is full we replaced the blower motor, actuator (or however you spell it, lol) the switch and check all fuses. Still nothing. I have no clue what else to do. Help!

Hello,

This could be a problem with the blend door actuator on your vehicle. The blend door actuator is what controls if and how much Air Conditioning/Heater is to be directed to the vents. If the blend door actuator decides to fail while it is in the blend door is in heat, then that's where it will stay. So no matter how full the Freon charge is, all's you will ever get is heat. I have included a link for you to got to down below:

I have also included a diagram of the location of the HVAC exploded diagram in the diagrams down below for you as well. Please go through this guide and get back to us with what you are able to find out.

Thanks,
Alex

Hello again,

Okay, when you turn the Air Conditioning on does your vehicle's Air Conditioning Compressor's Clutch engage?

Thanks,
Alex

When I pushed the button the noise gets somewhat louder but I am not sure if it engages or not. I don't think it sounds like it kicks in but I could be wrong. I took my horn relay and switched it with the A/C clutch relay and my horn still worked so I know it's not the relay. And I also put a new fuse in as well.

Hello again,

Have an assistant turn on the Air Conditioning while you watch the compressor with the hood open and see if it is kicking on, please. Get back to us with what you find out, please. We will go from there.

Thanks,
Alex
