1999 Acura Integra Engine Noise

When I start my car in the morning the engine makes a rattling noise. After I drive it for a few minutes it goes away.

What usually goes around 120k, I changed the belts, original clutch still works great.

Hi brocbroc,

Honda engines are not known to rattle only when cold and noise problems are never easy to diagnose online. Can you describe trhe noise in more details?
Where is it coming from?
How does the rattling sound like?
Is it from the engine internal or external parts?
