I have a 96' Integra. I have recently noticed a problem in my cooling system. I checked my radiator and noticed that there were no leaks through the system. I then changed all of my hoses and my thermostat. The problem is that my top hose, going into my engine, is swelling and getting very hot because my bottom hose, going outward, is not having any water flow through it. I am not sure what could be wrong, I am fairly confident that my system is not clogged and I don't believe my water pump is bad. All I can think to do is change my coolant temp. Sensor, but I could use some feedback from experts.

If you have no coolant flow. You either have a blockage somewhere in the system. Possibly in the radiator or engine block. In which case try flushing the system. Or your water pump in not working? And needs replacing?
