A/C not blowing through vents?

When I turn my A/C on it blows to the rear seat vents and the floor, but it would be cold in the back and the floor would blow heat. Top vents still don’t work just got a new blower?

This happens when the mode actuator stops working. Here is the location of the actuator and how to replace it in the diagrams below. Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know what happens.
