AC does not work and heater does not produce hot enough air.

Had New compressor installed. Worked for a two or three weeks. Had AC recharged and same thing happened. The AC blows no cool air and the heater blows warm but not hot air.

Check to see if your actuator temp blend is working. If ac is getting cold on pipe going into dash then it's ok. If new compressor was installed and system was not back flushed then it may be junk in line blocking it. As well as a leak so should be leak checked.
