We replaced all 3 door actuators yesterday. Now, at idle, the air is cold and when turned to heat, it stays cold. When accelerating, the air goes to full heat (even though the temp control is still on full cold). As soon as it goes back to idle, the temp goes back to full cold.

Scan for codes it's your blend door screwing up so either it's wired incorrectly due to replacing module or the control head is bad which can only be found via scanning. A pro will have to do it.
