Was wondering if they have a tool to fix the threads of the A/C clutch. I cannot thread the tool in to get the A/C clutch off.

It may be a metric thread and if you are using US thread it will not work. Check that first.

No it is the right one, I checked that first. The threads in the clutch are messed up, but even if I had the right tap it would not work because of the shaft from the compressor. So I was wondering if they had a special tap, tool or thread chaser that would clean up the threads?

Not really a special tool, there is a different puller for older vehicles that goes where the belt goes. Do not know what to tell you on this one as there is not anything I can think of unless you use a puller more designed for rear end bearings but hard telling what that would do as far as breakage and compressor would need to come off for that one.
