A/C blows warm air at low RPM's

Even with car in neutral if you rev rpm's to 2,000 it will start to blow cold air. If you let rpm's drop will start to blow warm air again.

Can you give me the high and low side reading of the AC system?

The pressures are critical for the operation. Does the cooling fan work?

Make sure the condenser fins are not blocked with dirt and debris.
