What is po300 in a 3.0 v6 sidi holden omega
Number 1,3,5 is working but not 2,4,6 not firing

P0300-Random misfires is normally caused by vacuum leak and bad fuel
No references on this vehicle but check if it has a crankshaft positioning sensor-if so check and test it-

but y cylinders 2,4,6 not firing?

Could be injectors are not firing on that side, or the CPS not telling the computer to fire the coils for those cylinders and ignition control module/vacuum leak
