2010 Dodge Journey Repair Question

Tire rim stuck on car
My car is a 2010 Dodge Journey. I have a flat tire on the rear passenger side of the car. I jacked the car up to remove the tire, took the lugs off and now for some reason I cannot get the rim/tire off. It seems to be stuck or maybe fused. I tried kicking it to loosen, but don't want to knock the car off of the jack either. Is this common? Any suggestions?

Remove all lugs and instal one only a few threads. Take a dead blow hammar and smak the rear of the wheel. The one lug nut will keep the wheel from flying off.
