2010 Chrysler 300 Repair Question

My (2010 300 touring blower) motor not working.

Air is coming through on both heat and ac just not blowing hard...
Ac is cold, heat is hot...
You can hear it switch on just no blowing...

Have you checked for a clogged up cabin air filter?
