Why wont a Toyota Tundra go out of park after an auto start installation

My boyforiend installed a Viper Auto Start on a 2009 Toyota Tundra and now the truck wont come out of Park! He has checked all the wires/fuses, everything is ok. Any suggestions?

Check brake light switch. It has to send a signal to the interlock to release the shifter.

Thanks, I will get him to check that, are there any other suggestions as to why it wont come out of park?

The interlock system is not working correctly causing the shift lever to be stuck. Check for a blown brake light fuse and the auto start installation. You could also have a ground circuit that has not been secured.
