2009 Ford Taurus Cooking oil in gas tank

Cooking oil in gas tank. I have not started the car or turned the key. I was told I can't do a flush because I have a stand alone fuel system & it will mess up my sensor & fuel regulation system. What is the cheapest way to fix this?

How much oil in tank? Fill with gas and drive it then change fuel filter after about 200 miles or a tankful
