My fron t brakes keep seaking when I apply the brakes

I have a 2008 Nissan Sentra. The brakes began sqeaking when I apply the brakes. I have checked the pads and they are still over about half unused. I have used disc brake quiet on the back of the pads and shims. I have tried the pin lube on the back of the pads and shims. Each time I do this they stop sqeaking for about a week then start again. Anyone have a clue why this is happening? Do I need to just replace brake pads and shims with new pads that come with the rubber shims??

Thank you

Quality of pads affects the noise level. Rotors that have lines due to pad wear would result in squeaking noise as well.

Pads are the OEM pads and rotors have not been turned but are smooth. Any other thoughts?
Thanks

Check for accumulation of brake pad dust. Try sanding the pad contact surface a little to see if it helps.
