I own a fleet of L200s for my car hire. When they reach a mileage close to 200,000, the injectors have to be replaced, as they always burn. I have replaced the injectors and now I have a problem with the computer box. Every time I change even one injector, I have to change the others, and then the computer box gets blown. When I change it, the cars are fine. But this is very expensive. I have 5 computer boxes. Is there any way to get the computer box repaired? Also, is this common to have to replace the computer box every time?

It is not normal to be replacing engine computers unless there is a defect with the product and from what you have experienced, that could mean a technical fault. Get the dealer to comment on this.

Older version of engine computers would be easier but for the newer versions, the component are very small and not easy to repair. Check with your local parts store to see if they know of any shops specialising in such repairs.
