My fan has been on for hours. It has not turned off at all, an now my car dont want to start. Would should I do?

Which fan, engine cooling or heater A/C? Any way first thing to do is get the battery fully charged, pull the fuse for the fan and get a mechanic to inspect for a stuck relay or faulty sensor.

Well I'm not to sure which fan. I no I wasn't using the AC today, an the car did not over heat. & I have no clue as to where the fuse box is & which one do I have to pull out?
