Check the A/C control unit for fault codes. Feel the coolant hoses going to the heater radiator, are they getting hot? If not you may have an air lock or a coolant circulation problem ( check water pump).

Just to add to this one the first thing I would check is if both heater hoses are getting really going into the fire wall thats your starting point. If they are really hot then you have a blend door issue. Let me know what you find.

Flush the heater core out make sure water flows freely in on nipple and out the other one.
