2007 SAAB 9-3 Repair Question

SAAB 9-3 Fuse Problem
Wipers did work but now wont move like a humming noise from area where the motor is . checked fuses seem okay like wipers want to move but cant.

There may be a problem at one of the pivot points or the arm that is impeding the motors movement. You will have to remove the cowl to see if this is the case. If this is true or even if it is not and the motor is humming, the motor needs replacement.
