Daytime running lights

Can I turn OFF my daytime running lights or only a mechanic can do that? Whats involved?

Sorry but only a dealer can program your lights to turn off, note there r some dealers who do not know how to, if they ask tell them to program it out from u.E.C & r.E.C also they may need to program it as a European model instead of US model, good luck.
