2007 Hummer H3 Repair Question

I have hummer h3 2007- i have a problem with the AC, it suddenly stops blowing from the dashboard and blows from front widshield, technicinacs told me they checked the ac switch, and ventilation and other components but no trouble found
The AC is coming sometimes from the front windshield or it starts blowing down my feet

It has an electric actuator motor that controls the mode door and it will have to be inspected to determine what may have happened to it.
