2007 Honda Civic Repair Question

Honda Civic Horn Problem
When turning on my car to the battery setting its horn honks like i turned on the alarm and when i lock the car a couple second later it starts going off, horn and all. I held down the lock button for a minute and it worked but went to a friends house and it did it again when I locked it. Again I held down the lock and it seems to stop it. Help?

it is an alarm issue. if it is factory, have the dealer check for faults.
if it is aftermarket, it will have to go to an alarm repair facility for the check
