Are the interchangeable in building a cold/short ram intake system?

My gf has a MAP in her car and it is proving difficult to find a tube or part to build her an intake. Advice? A MAF sensor is round and very common. The MAP is rectangular and I cant find anything?

You cant be the first to deal with this? Didn't your parts come with instructions? And no they are not normally interchangeable since they operate on a different circuit.

MAP is manifold absolute pressure and MAF manifold airflow, both do separate readings and are not interchangeable, if the ECU was not set up for one or the other you can't interchange them.
