Engine Mechanical problem
1999 Honda Civic 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual

Hello, my car is overfuelling, I already change:
2 lambda sensors, sparkplugs, catalytic converter, map sensor. I have civic after swap, I fit b16a2 engine from civic eg6, Ecu I runing is from EK4 JDM, I can smell petrol from the back of the car, so its definitly overfueling and use to much petrol me think. I need some help whit that, my emission test was very bad, here is a result:
Low Idle:
CO 7.78 vol%
HC 722 ppm
High Idle:
Lambda: 0.83
CO 6.21vol%
HC 379ppm
sorry for language im from Poland :)

Since you have DOHC v-tec motor and are testing it under SOHC engine limits, this will be VERY hard for it to pass.

Since you've changed almost everything, I would run gas with the highest methanol content you can find (or even fill up your tank with a bit of methanol if you can find it). Take it for a 20-30minute drive before getting the emissions test done. This is very important because your catalytic converter has to be at it's 'flash point'.

If that doesn't work, you will have to get a honda tuner to tune your vehicle with install a custom chip into your ECU, which may be hard to find in Poland. The tuner can actually help you run a little emissions friendly at cruising speed/idle so that you pass your test.
