Remove spare tire
How do you remove the spare tire from the trunk of a 2007 ford fusion? their is a silver circle that fits on top of the tire and has a bolt in the middle. the bolt seems to be turning but does not loosen. and the silver circle does not turn.

MAYBE LIFT THE BOLT AS YOU TURN?
DOES THE OWNERS MANUAL--OR A CHART NEAR THE SPARE, SHED ANY LIGHT ON THE SITUATION
