Ford Expedition Fuel pump Problem

I am trying to replace the fuel pump driver module on my Expedition but I can't find it. I have searched the whole underneath cavity where I removed the spare tire and it is not there. I have the part but can't find where to install the new one. Any help would be appreciated.

I am concerned that the part I am talking about is different than the one you are referring to in the fuel tank. Will you please look at the picture of the part attached and tell me if it is the same one.
