Have your front end alignment checked.

I have just checked the balancing ang alignment today at canadian tire and I spent an expensive service in doing so, after that the technician said there is an static sound that come from the wheel, when I drive, I think it just worsen the status and still it goes to the right when I let the steering itself. The air in front wheel is balance and so at the rear wheel air. When I got home I tried to open again my right wheel and check on the pad and rotor, I also interchange the pad (the outer pad in the inner and vice versa) but the static sound is still there. This is my first time to encounter the said problem and I dont know now what to do. Please assist. Thank you.

With this type of problem it's better to be handled locally as we can't hear the noise and It could be anything. It may be pulling to the right due to a frozen caliper. Have a local pro check this for a better opinion. It cold also be a frozen suspension part.
