Pcm location on a 2007 colorado, and also the cluster doesnt work and hazards dont turn off

My truck went in water and now my truck turns over as soon as the key turns to the on position not start also the cluster doesnt work my 4x4 and the hazards dont turn off

Pcm should be located, right rear of engine comnpartment. If it cranks good but won't start, have a helper crank it, while you check for spark at the plugs. If you have spark everywhere, use a gage and check fuel pressure. How deep was the water and how fast were you going? Slow down,lol.
