Toyota Sienna Fuse Problem
There is no juice coming from my 12 V. power outlets (2) at bottom of dash. Can't run my satellite radio or GPS. I tried changing the fuse (15A)? with the spare provided but nothing.
What am I doing wrong?

You need a test light or DVOM to check if voltage is present at the outlet.
