Suzuki Forenza Brakes Problem
My brakes seem to be locking up..some times they are fine and at other times are hard to press, The master cylinder cap has a rubber gasket and it that wont sit right. People have told me master cylinder and/brake booster--Help

Do not mess with brakes, get this looked at by a qualified mechanic, if the rubber excluder is swollen this is a sigh that the brake fluid may be contaminated with a foreign oil substance which is attacking the rubber components, a hard heave brake pedal with poor brakes can be a failed brake booster, get these checked ASAP.
