Idles ok in park has 49 lbs psi key on 39 running in park drops too 15lbs if put in gear with out touching gas.injectors and regulator not leaking d

I would highly suspect the used pump. I would ever install a used fuel pump.
That being said you should replace your fuel pump as well if you haven't yet. This could be a filter problem.

The fuel pressure is way too low{ should be 48-56 psi-could be leaking from the injectors, fuel pressure regulator and the fuel tank module-
