Ldv maxus how to lft up sliding door

I have tried everything but nothing works, bottom bracket with 2 bolts I have adjusted and the three bolts I have adjusted but no change heres a picture of the bracket.

Have you replaced the hinge for the door to the body?

Loosen the 3 bolts and lift the door as high as possible and retighten them.
