Nissan Altima Coolant Problem
When my car sits idle in park it reving up and down up and down fro 3 to 0 over and over like i am pressing on the gas but i am not............it does this until I put it in gear then it stops and goes back down to 0.....what is wrong

The idle control has a fault and it could be due to vacum leaks, a fault with the IAC. If the Malfunction Indicator Light is showing retrieve the trouble code.
Ensure coolant level is correct in radiator.
